Ethan Waterman is a Visual Information Specialist contractor supporting the Office of Space Commerce. He develops graphics, infographics, web content, social media visuals, and other materials that help communicate complex space policy, regulatory, and technical information to industry, government, and the public. His work supports the Office’s outreach, transparency, and public-facing communications efforts.

Before supporting the Office of Space Commerce, Ethan worked across federal, state, commercial, and nonprofit environments, contributing visual communication and design support for public health, housing, homeland security, and technology-focused programs. This cross-sector experience informs his approach to government communications, with an emphasis on clarity, accessibility, and consistency.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia.
