Rose Croshier

Rose Croshier is an International Relations Specialist within the Office of Space Commerce covering Africa, South America, India and parts of Europe. Ms. Croshier works to improve the policy, regulatory, and business environment for US space commerce and international commercial space cooperation more broadly. 

Ms. Croshier published the Handbook for Space Capability Development in 2023, and continues her volunteer work to support all countries’ adoption of space-related technology as a non-resident fellow at the Center for Global Development.

Before joining CGD and the OSC, Ms. Croshier was an accomplished program and operations manager with the U.S. Air Force, specializing in Space Operations, Security Cooperation and Development, Peacekeeping, Disaster Management and Military Intelligence.  

Rose completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 2000 and her Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Commerce from Norwich University in 2011.
