TraCSS Registration for Spacecraft Operators

TraCSS Registration for Spacecraft Operators
TraCSS encourages interested spacecraft operators to sign-up for the Traffic Coordination System for Space (TraCSS). Operators are encouraged to review the TraCSS User Agreement & Data Policy prior to signing up.
Note that at this time, TraCSS accounts are only available to organizations that own and/or operate spacecraft in orbit.
Other entities (researchers, commercial entities, etc.) interested in receiving updates on the TraCSS program are encouraged to sign-up for the Office of Space Commerce “stakeholder engagement” contact lists, here.
Sign-Up Process:
As of May 2026, the Traffic Coordination System for Space is accepting owner/operator registrations directly through the TraCSS webpage.

Registration Spreadsheet:
Spacecraft operators are strongly encouraged to complete the following registration spreadsheet as part of their application. Beneath the spreadsheet download linked below is a “How-To” document detailing the process of populating the CSV.
Including this spreadsheet in your submission can help accelerate the registration process.
