Call for Interest: US-Italy Commercial Space Roundtable

Background:
On behalf of the United States and Italian governments, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Office of Space Commerce is seeking expressions of interest for participation in a joint “commercial space roundtable” between the Italian Government, the Government of the United States, and members of our respective space industries during the upcoming Space Symposium conference.
This will be a closed, 90-minute session with government and business participation on the last day of Space Symposium (13-16 April) in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Italy and U.S. government representatives will provide a read-out of the 2026 U.S.-Italy Space Dialogue, address the EU Space Act, and open the floor to a moderated discussion. Participants will have an opportunity to meet with U.S. and Italian government officials who are focused on commercial space issues.
Call for Interest:
Expressions of interest may be made via Google Form, below:

Response is completely voluntary. Responses will be kept proprietary inside the U.S. Government, unless permission is given to share information.
The Office of Space Commerce requests submissions of interest for this event by February 20th, but otherwise welcome expression of interest in participating in future US-Italy commercial space discussion and events. We are limited by the size of the room and plan to reach back out with an invitation for 1-2 participants from each company or organization by mid-March.
